 Pink Shirt Day 2021

On Friday St Bernadette's School took part in Pink Shirt Day. This day is in support of a Bully Free NZ. We learnt about bullying and what to do if we see someone being bullied or we are being bullied. It is called being an Upstander. We also wore something Pink to show our support for mental health Aotearoa. Did you wear pink on Friday?

This week we have been learning how to create Acrostic Poems for Mothers day. We also made cards and art works to celebrate the special women in our lives. Room 3 would like to say a big Happy Mother's Day to all the wonderful women in our community. All our fabulous mothers, grandmothers, Kuia, Nans, Aunties, Whaea, and Teachers. Thank you for everything you do for us. We hope you have a relaxing day on Sunday!
