For our Physical Education Programme St Bernadette's have started swimming lessons @Waitaha Canterbury Swim School.  Some of us were feeling a bit nervous about the lessons, but once we got there the instructors made us feel very relaxed and ready to learn.  The students are now loving their lessons and are learning some important information and skills about how to keep themselves safe in and around the water.  It has been fabulous to see our tamariki show resilience and respect and demonstrating our school's values of Compassion, Excellence, Respect and Responsibility, also called our C.E.R.R values while they are at the pool.
